Hi! I'm Samantha, and I like to lift heavy weights, open water swim, ride my bike, and play with my cat, Pericles. I’m also really passionate about individual coaching, so that I can help each person understand their "why" and achieve their goals. I focus on strength and conditioning for sport, particularly rotational sports like golf, tennis, and baseball. My other focus is on women's health - my goal is to normalize the conversation surrounding female physiology and to help women of all backgrounds and life stages become strong. To date, I've worked with clients aged 10- 75. I currently serve clients both virtually, and year-round in the Hamptons.
I love to challenge myself - my current goal is to complete an Ironman (2.4 mi swim, 112 mi bike, 26.2 mi run) in Summer 2022.
