Samantha is a dedicated fitness coach and accomplished triathlete. She empowers clients of diverse backgrounds and ages to achieve their fitness goals. Samantha remains current with the latest research in exercise science and nutrition. She provides evidence-based guidance, steering clear of fitness fads and pseudoscience to optimize performance and enhance well-being for her clients. She trains men, women, and children, and has particular interests in women’s health and golf fitness.  She currently serves clients virtually, nation-wide, and in-person in the Hamptons.
